Some things don't arise from books

I don’t need to learn music to understand music.

I don’t need to learn software to use a mobile phone.

I don’t need to be a good cook to appreciate good food.

I don’t need to look beautiful to appreciate beauty.

I don’t need to be a photographer to enjoy a good snap.

I don’t need to be the poet to enjoy a poem.

I don’t need to be the sun to enjoy its warmth.

There is something within us which understands all this and more. We didn't read any books nor did we attend any training programs to get this. Can we explore how this understanding dawned on us? Is the music in me, the software, a cook, beauty, a photographer, a poet in me ? Am I the sun ?

  1. Well, Ashirwad, good questions that you raise here.
I think the intelligence that we have because of which we appreciate these stuff is the 'instinct' - the innate gut feel, that helps us to take decisions in uncertainity.
The gut-feel is the sum result of our past experiences - not necessarily from this birth!
